Info session - Adoption counseling at events

Join several seasoned volunteers, who have year of experience in counseling adopters at events, for a discussion covering the finer points of relaying information and answering adopters' questions after they choose their new pets.  Our session will feature Mary Lucie, Meera MacDonald, Helen Rosenberg and Shannon Parquette, sharing their experience in this role and answering questions from interested volunteers.
