Dog Handling Basics is for new volunteers who have had their finger prints cleared through the city of Chicago. Its is the FIRST STEP to becoming a dog walking volunteer. This class will focus on the details of safely handling different types of dogs at CACC as well as safety precautions, dog body language and CACC rules and regulations for walking dogs.
You MUST have received an email letting you know that your finger prints have cleared and that you are ready for the next step.
